The Bad Back Blog

Since I am now homebound and not very mobile, I thought that I could use this time to learn how to set up a blog and at the same time, find a way to let my friends and family know how I am progressing with my “bad back.” This way, if someone asks me for details I can refer them to the web page. If they were really interested, they could read about it in probably more detail than they ever wanted to, and if they really weren’t interested and just being polite (which I totally understand), then they don’t have to read it. Meanwhile, I will be learning about how to maintain a “Wordpress” blog.

Since I am in the learning mode (and doing so under both pain and medications) this will be a “work in progress” for a while.

So, to get started, click on the links below tto get the order of occurance since I couldn’t get them to post in the order I wanted but I’m still learning .

Richard

Day one: how it all began

Day Two: Can’t walk and the MRI

Day Three: Therapy and the MRI report

The Actual MRI Report (warning - boring reading)

Day Four: The Wheelchair and the Blog

Day Five: The return of the college kids

Day Six: Signs of Improvement

Days Seven and Eight: I can walk

Days 9-12: Ups and downs

Days 13 and 14: Back to work
